My second album was self-titled from my band at the time, named “Sisters of the Revolution”. The band features the Bass playing and vocals of Diane Baker and hand drumming of Natalia Newman. The Album was recorded on reel to reel tape in a studios in the mountains outside of Ashland OR. The Sisters of the Revolution toured and performed around the US with the activist non-profit The Oxygen Collective speaking out about environmental and social injustices.
The songs on this album are a poignant reminder that as much of things change, the more they stay the same. Songs touch on love, revolution, and the universal struggle to be free.
The album was remastered by George Horn at Fantasy Studio 2019.
